A kiosk provided by Odds On Promotions will be located in the lobby near the Tioga Rewards Players Club. Starting on September 3, 2024, players can swipe their Rewards Club cards at a kiosk up to one time every day, Tuesday through Sunday, to make their picks for the listed pro football games for that week. Picking the winner of every game presented for that week along with answering the tie breaker question constitutes as an entry. Once the games for the week have been completed, the top 10 winning entries will receive prizes as follows: 1st place – $500 cash, 2nd place – $400 cash, 3rd place – $300 cash, 4th place $200 cash, 5th place $100 cash, 6th through 10th place – $50 free play. In addition, if a contestant correctly picks 215 winners from games presented throughout the promotion using their best entry every week, they will be awarded $1,000,000.

Starting on the first day of the month and lasting until the drawing date, Tioga Rewards Player’s Club card members will earn entries for a chance to win up to $1,000,000 every Saturday in January. For every 10 tier points accumulated on the guest’s Rewards Club Card, 1 entry is earned.

Each Saturday in January (1/4, 1/11, 1/18, 1/25), players that have earned entries will also be entered to win up to $1,000,000 every hour from 8-11pm. To be eligible, Players’ entries must be activated any time within one hour of each drawing on the day of the drawings by playing at any gaming machine or table game with their Rewards Club card inserted or by handing their Rewards Club card to a table games representative who will then scan the card into the Casino Market Place system. Five (5) winners will be drawn every hour from 8pm-11pm to attempt to “unlock” the Prize Vault electronic game provided by Odds On Promotions.
